ORDER SUBMISSIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
By using Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company website and placing an order, you agree to be held to the following terms and conditions regarding your order submission. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY AS THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
PROOFS and Custom Design Services
Products that are available with custom design services will show under the order template section under the heading "Order With Custom Design Services". Once your order is placed please email graphics and text so that our design team can prepare your proof. A .pdf proof will be prepared and emailed for approval with your custom design order. Please note that a total of two .pdf proofs are included in the initial order. Additional proofs will incur a fee of $10 per proof.
Orders Placed With Camera-Ready Artwork
Orders received with camera-ready artwork must be high resolution (300dpi) files in proper sizing with bleeds and cmyk format (or grayscale for remittance envelopes). We do not provide proofs for camera-ready artwork submissions unless you specifically requested a proof at the time of order placement. Please email us to request a proof with your order. We will notify you if there are any problems with your files. Please review our file support site for product templates and information for converting your file to a .pdf format prior to ordering.
Orders using the Free Online Design Studio
Please review your order and proof carefully before submitting your order. Your printed order will appear exactly as it appears in the proof you preview before placing your order. No changes will be made to your online design once your order has been placed.
By submitting camera-ready artwork, an online design order, or approving my custom designed proof, “I agree” that I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears, that I cannot cancel or make any changes once my order has been placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damaged Fonts, Punctuation, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint. We WILL NOT make any changes on camera-ready artwork submissions or online designed customer files. No files will be changed once you have approved your proof on custom design orders.

TURNAROUND TIMES AND SHIPPING
Turnaround times are listed on each product order page and begin the next business day after order submission or proof approval on custom designed orders. Rush Production services are available on select products. Please note that Rush Production does not include shipping time. Turnaround time is calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Eastern Standard Time) excluding all national holidays. Turnaround times DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES.
Please allow 3-5 business days for standard ground shipping to your location. Rush shipping options are available as an addon charge during the checkout process. Please select your option and we will email you the additional cost for rush shipping. Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Free ground shipping is available within the continental US. Shipments to AK, HI, and PR will incur additional shipping charges. Customer will be notified of cost prior to credit card processing. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE WHEN YOUR GROUND SHIPMENT WILL ARRIVE AS WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER YOUR ORDER ONCE IT LEAVES OUR FACILITY.

PAYMENT
Payment by credit card or paypal must be made at time of order. Your credit card or paypal account will be charged at the TIME OF ORDER when your order is placed, not when your order has shipped. Paypal orders by echeck are not placed into production until payment has been received - therefore turnaround time begins when your payment has been received. THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS ON ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY.

All services provided by NOT FOR PROFIT PRINTING, A THREE LEAVES, LLC COMPANY, are subject to Terms and Conditions of use. By viewing or using this website, yourself and the entity you represent (collectively hereinafter referred to as “you”) agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions as stated below without modification. If for any reason you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below, please do not access this site.
CHANGE OF TERMS
NOT FOR PROFIT PRINTING, A THREE LEAVES, LLC COMPANY, reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and these changes or additions become effective immediately as they become available on NotForProfitPrinting.com. NOT FOR PROFIT PRINTING, A THREE LEAVES, LLC COMPANY, does not assume the obligation to notify you of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions for any changes and continued use of this site constitutes your consent to these changes.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold NOT FOR PROFIT PRINTING, A THREE LEAVES, LLC COMPANY, its parent and affiliate companies, and their respective directors, officers, and employees, harmless from any and all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (i) your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or in connection with your use of this site or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products.
UNDER/OVER RUN POLICY
We reserve the right to provide a 5% over/under run for any product ordered from Not For Profit Printing, a Three Leaves, LLC company.
RETURNS / REPRINTS FOR PRINTING ERRORS
Since each order is unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will reprint the order and ship to the original shipping address at our expense. No Refunds or Credit will be issued.
Customer must notify Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, within 5 business days of order acceptance, in writing, to notify of any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim will be denied. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. Please contact customer service for return authorization instructions including the address where the returned product should be shipped. All charges related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any reason.

Therefore, NOT FOR PROFIT PRINTING, A THREE LEAVES, LLC COMPANY, will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material by its clients.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use, send, upload, post or transmit via the website. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of Not for Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, or any third party does not control postings by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
You acknowledge that Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, does not pre-screen Content, but that Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, its users and the public.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Not For Profit Printing, a Three Leaves, LLC company, or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not Three Leaves, LLC has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from Not For Profit Printing, Three Leaves, LLC, or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall Not For Profit Printing, a Three Leaves, LLC company, be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD CUSTOMER PROPERTY (a lien) AS SECURITY FOR UNPAID BILLS.

GOVERNING LAW
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, headquarters are based in Sarasota County, Florida. Any legal action or proceeding relating to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted in Sarasota County, Florida. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Sarasota County, Florida courts and agree that venue in these courts is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.
SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format except for one and two color products. Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors to CMYK color modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, is not liable for color matching or ink density on .pdf proofs or order submissions without a hard copy proof ordered by the customers. Pdf screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Not For Profit Printing offers free ground shipping within the Continental US. Additional charges will apply for shipments to AK, HI and PR. Customer will be notified of additional charge prior to credit card processng.
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, customers agree not to hold Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Companies, direct control. Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
EXTRA SERVICES
Extra services available for products ordered from, Not For Profit Printing, A Three Leaves, LLC Company, will be posted on the product pages and can be selected during the checkout process. No changes or cancellations of extra services may be made after your order has been placed.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without disclosing a reason.
